Para hacer una carta acorde con este restaurante, con su porte y con la exquisitez de sus platos, decidimos ir más allá, y mostrar directamente en la portada la materia prima con la que el Brel trabaja cada día. Partiendo de esta premisa, y carro en mano, fuimos al Mercado Central a por gambas, calamares, alcachofas y demás productos de la zona y generamos la “B” de Brel, pringándonos (que nos encanta) y experimentado con los ingredientes. Una vez visto el resultado, lo plasmamos en una foto cenital ¡y no nos quedó nada mal! <img width="800" height="604" width_o="800" height_o="604" familia Scombridae; se encuentra en las aguas tropicales y en los océanos templados. Se trata de un pez muy semejante al bonito, del cual se distingue por tener las dos aletas dorsales muy separadas una de otra. Queríamos dejar bien anclado el concepto del mar, para esto decidimos realizar una técnica Japonesa milenaria de impresión llamada "Gyotaku" utilizada en las lonjas de pescado para poner el precio a modo de cartel. La linea de diseño que llevan sus piezas es muy humana y desprolija =) A la hora de crear la marca nuestra propuesta fue hacer un lettering de trazos irregulares, pensando en darle un toque muy humano
